Lahav Green Energy acquires 65% of Mifat
In a NIS 125 million transaction, Lahav Green Energy has acquired 65% of Mifat, which is engaged in the collection, removal and landfill of urban, industrial and building waste. In addition, as part of the transaction, Mifat acquired the operation of Masur, a company that is engaged in the collection and removal of waste and garbage.
