Yael Natan

Yael Natan has been a partner in the firm since 2010, specializing in real estate, infrastructures, and project financing.

Yael has more than 15 years’ experience in the forefront of Israel’s real estate sector, helping advance residential, commercial and office construction projects. Yael handles a wide range of real estate projects, including combination transactions, group purchases and partnership agreements for the construction of large scale developments and projects.

Yael is the firm’s coordinator for all aspects of handling agricultural land and land which is in process of being released for development, and she supports commercial companies and private individuals in large projects and development on such land, from rezoning and supporting planning, through all the various agreements between the parties and including construction and marketing of the project.

Yael is involved in financing real estate deals and projects, in real estate taxation and in advising commercial clients on their routine activities.

Yael also has special expertise in handling the sale and purchase of luxury homes, and over the years has represented many wealthy businesspeople in deals throughout the country for properties each worth tens of millions of shekels.

Yael represents leading private and public real estate companies in developing major projects throughout Israel. She also represents individuals conducting large scale real estate deals, including overseas clients.  In recent years Yael has conducted transactions and projects involving hundreds of residential units, some of them worth hundreds of millions of shekels.

Yael also works for the Amutah – Angels of Snir, which is engaged in assisting and contributing to the community.
