Ms. Dembinski specializes in litigation before the Family Court, rabbinical courts, and various appellate courts, on issues ranging from divorce, support, visitation, and parental estrangement through partnership dissolution, balancing of resources, goodwill, guardianship, estate management, will contest, and kidnapping (Hague Convention), as well as litigation regarding continuous power of attorney.
Similarly, she has special expertise in drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, domestic harmony agreements, and, alternatively, handling divorces, as well as preparing joint life and divorce agreements, wills, and continuing powers of attorney.
Having trained in various areas of expertise over the years in Israel and abroad, Ms. Dembinski is a qualified mediator as well.
Since 2009, Ms. Dembinski has been writing a legal column for the Globes newspaper. She also coauthored the book, “The Israeli Guide to Divorce,” in 2003 and was co-host, with Professor Amos Rolider, of the podcast “Divorcing Well” in 2018.
