Bar Elhadad is an associate lawyer working in the firm’s Real Estate Department.
Ad, Elhadad provides representation to the firm’s clients in a wide range of real-estate transactions, including land option deals, combination transactions, group acquisitions, sale and lease agreements, cooperation agreements, as well as handling legal issues for clients with the Land Tax Authority and the Israel Land Authority.
In addition, Bar supports clients in their day-to-day activities including by providing legal counsel on their ongoing operations in various fields, such as residential housing, revenue‑yielding property, land taxes and project financing.
Bar joined the firm as an intern in 2021.
Prior to joining Firon, Bar served as a pre-intern at a leading tax law firm.
The legal team looking after purchasing groups has acquired extensive experience in guiding their clients, from the initial phase of legal support for organizers of purchasing groups for offices and/or housing, through stages of locating land and conducting negotiations for option/NO SHOP agreements, drafting land purchase agreements and partnership agreements, to the planning stage of the project before the various committees and authorized bodies, the allocation of units to group members, the actual construction of the project, support with and handling of the financing agreements before the relevant financial institutions, managing all aspects concerning the special taxation matters of such projects and ending with the registration of the project in the name of the purchasing group members. In addition, the team looks after the sale of the project during and/or after its completion.
