Albad to Sell 50% of Land and Factory Rights in Dimona to Shemen for App. 40 Million NIS

Adv. Itzchak Blau, Yael Natan, and Avichai Pinchas represented Shemen in a ‘Sale and Leaseback’ deal, through which Albad will sell 50% of the land and building rights, serving as a factory for producing wipes in Dimona, for 40 million shekels. The land and building will be leased back to Albad under a long-term lease.
