Mor Goldengoren is an associate in the firm’s labor law Department.
During her studies Mor served as a research assistant to Dr. Ruth Zafran at the Inter Disciplinary Center in Hertzliya. She also took part in the IDC’s law school “Lala Tusk – Radzyner Honors Program”.
Mor joined the firm in 2020.
The Labor Law Department deals with all laws of the State of Israel which concern and/or require the employment of workers, including: Consultancy regarding protective labor laws; hearing proceedings; sexual harassment; maltreatment; termination of employment; drafting agreements of employment, termination of employment and agreements with manpower contractors, maintenance companies and security companies; drafting engagement agreements with independent service providers; due diligence; occupation restriction proceedings; class actions; whistle-blower protection; drafting and negotiating collective bargaining agreements and more.
