Amir had his internship at the IDF military court unit, later working at Ilan Bombach & Co. as an advocate.
Amir joined our firm at 2024.
The Antitrust and Competition Department provides consultancy and representation to leading Israeli and international companies in all matters related to competition and antitrust. The team’s ongoing support includes strategic consulting in connection with all competition and concentration laws, as well as its implementation into the the corporations` routine management in accordance with their respective position in the market, with extensive experience in consulting market leaders and monopolists. In addition, the department handles complex transactions, including mergers and joint ventures, through the formation of the transaction, and in obtaining approvals from the Israel Competition Authority.
