Koral Nizri

Koral Nizri is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Finance Department.

During her studies, Koral took part of a judicial proceedings CIinic  there she served as a legal assistant to a Justice at The Magistrate’s Court in Herzliya”.

Koral joined the firm in 2021.

Our Real Estate legal team represents some of Israel’s largest companies in this field, and leads significant, complex project with budgets of billions of shekels. The team has extensive experience with ongoing legal representation in complex projects of various uses, including shopping malls, commercial centers, employment compounds and office areas, throughout all project stages. The team assists in the negotiations ahead of deal closings, in due diligence reviews, in partnership and management agreements, in work with the financing institutions and with the finance agreements, and of course, with ongoing legal advice to and representation of the property owners, including the drafting of lease and management agreements. The Firm works with clients who own and manage tens of thousands of square meters of yielding properties, including offices, commercial centers, telecommunication facilities, a park, logistical facilities, power centers, fitness centers, and more.
