Dr. Shlomo Nass (Adv. and CPA), is a Partner and Head of the Restructuring and Insolvency Department in the firm. Shlomo has over 40 years of experience in legal and business consulting across various areas of corporate management, investment banking, economics, corporate law, and commercial law.

He is a renowned expert in structuring, advising, and guiding insolvency proceedings, debt arrangements, corporate restructuring, rehabilitation, troubled company management, asset consolidation, liquidation, or freezing of processes.

He is a renowned expert in structuring, advising, and guiding insolvency proceedings, debt arrangements, corporate restructuring, rehabilitation, troubled company management, asset consolidation, liquidation, or freezing of processes.

Shlomo earned the nickname “National Rejuvenator” after serving as a trustee and special manager in some of the largest cases in the Israeli economy, including Ko-Op Israel, Clubmarket, Burger Ranch, Maariv Communications Group, Agrexco Agricultural Export Company Ltd., Arye Etz Ofer Group, Zikha Industries Group, Fochtonger Investments, Samit Holdings (Chayil Achzakot), Avidar Security Services, Or Yehuda Academic Center, and others.

He provides economic-legal guidance and counsel on investments, business development plans, fundraising domestically and internationally, corporate governance, credit exposures, financial and legal risks. Additionally, he advises and accompanies clients on government and public tenders (infrastructure, electricity, energy, communications and media, banking, finance, etc.).

In 2021, Shlomo was appointed by former Minister of Finance Eli Cohen as the head of the advisory forum (“Nes Forum for Economic Recovery”) for the Ministry of Finance, tasked with developing an economic plan to navigate through the effects of the COVID-19 crisis.

Shlomo lectures at Tel Aviv University, Lahav Executive Education, the Faculty of Law, and the Business School at Bar-Ilan University, as well as other academic institutions on various topics. He is also a mentor and lecturer in director training courses for governmental companies, at the Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Finance.
