Shay specializes, inter alia, in class actions pertaining to all disciplines.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Shay interned at the office of the Tel Aviv District Civil Prosecutor (2017-2018).
During his studies, Shay participated in “Intellectual Property” course at Oxford University, and participated in “International Commercial Arbitration” course at the ICC in Paris.
The legal team handling class actions supports the firm’s clients in cases filed against them in all industry sectors, including companies and service providers within the Israeli economy. As part of the department’s services, the firm’s clients are provided with representation before various courts, as well as advice and guidance for companies and office holders relating to relevant provisions, including consumer protection legislation, accessibility, environmental-, insurance- and financing matters, etc.
