Maayan Ziv-Glanz

Maayan is a partner in the firm and specializes in commercial litigation in a wide range of areas, including class actions, derivative actions, real estate disputes, product liability, regulation, compliance, consumer protection, environmental law and communication.

Maayan represents a wide range of public and private companies, including commercial, fashion, and food import and distribution companies, and appears before courts of all instances, including in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Maayan has also accumulated years of experience advising her clients on a variety of legal issues, including ongoing legal advice to mitigate exposure to consumer class actions.

Maayan began her career at the firm as an intern and has gained extensive experience during her years as a lawyer.

The legal team handling class actions supports the firm’s clients in cases filed against them in all industry sectors, including companies and service providers within the Israeli economy. As part of the department’s services, the firm’s clients are provided with representation before various courts, as well as advice and guidance for companies and office holders relating to relevant provisions, including consumer protection legislation, accessibility, environmental-, insurance- and financing matters, etc.
