Moshe Leshem

Moshe Leshem is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets: Corporate and Securities Department.

Moshe practices Securities and Corporate laws. Moshe represents public companies and public and private offerings, IPO’s, Complex debt issuances such as special clear-out list of TASE exclusive for institutional entities and financing transactions. Moshe provides ongoing legal advice to public and private companies and accompanying boards of directors in a variety of aspects of corporate and securities laws, and their representation before the appropriate authorities such as the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Moshe joined the firm as an intern in 2018.

The Department for Capital Markets: Corporate and Securities supports the firm’s clients throughout the lifecycle of public companies: initial public offerings (IPOs), raising capital and debt for publicly traded companies, mergers and acquisitions, and delisting companies from trading. In addition, the legal team provides solutions for complex issues relating to company and securities law, advice to independent committees, advice in the field of corporate governance, crisis management for public companies and corporations which are required to report all incidents, representation in various litigation proceedings and more.
