Migdal will invest approximately 285 million NIS in Electra Residential
We are pleased to announce that this past Thursday, an investment agreement was signed between Migdal Insurance Group, represented by our firm, and Electra Residential. According to the agreement, Migdal will invest approximately 285 million NIS in Electra Residential, acquiring approximately 18% of the company. Migdal also received an option to invest in the parent company, Electra Ltd.
The transaction was led by: Adv. Udi Efron, Co-Vice Chairman of the firm and Head of the firm’s Capital Markets: Corporations and Securities department, Adv. Gili Riesel, partner in the Real Estate Department and Adv. Sapir Bialistok Franken from the Commercial Department.
