The legal team dealing with administrative law, tender law and regulation, specializes in all legal aspects of tenders, including routine support of tender committees, providing complex opinions and representing clients in administrative petitions. In addition, the department’s legal team manages regulatory matters, including a variety of services relating to government officials, such as supporting legislative proceedings before Knesset committees, various activities before different regulators, including the Gas Authority, Electricity Authority, Capital Market Commissioner, Israel Securities Authority, representation before various government ministries, and more.
