Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings is entering as a partner with Azorim Living, a subsidiary of the Azorim Group specializing in long-term rentals, in a long-term rental project at the Pat Junction in Jerusalem.
As part of the memorandums of understanding signed between the parties, Migdal will purchase 49% of the land rights for approximately NIS 137 million and will provide financing for Azorim Living’s share of the project. The total investment cost of the project, including the cost of the land, is estimated at over NIS 800 million.
Migdal was represented in the transaction by Attorney Gilli Riesel, a partner in our Real Estate Department, Attorney David Ya’acobi, a partner in the M&A and International Transactions Department, and Attorney Lior Drimmer Yogev from the Real Estate Department.
