The position of the Gush Katif evacuees regarding the cancellation of the establishment of a logistics center near their homes has been accepted
The Subcommittee for Appeals of the National Council accepted our firm’s position on behalf of the residents of Nitzan Hazani and decided not to approve a plan for a logistics center (Marlog) near the homes of the Nitzan Hazani moshav in the Shephelah region. The decision was based on reasons including the lack of a transportation solution, the presence of several approved logistics centers in the planning area, and the proximity of the planned logistics center to residential homes in the moshav.
The residents of Nitzan Hazani were represented by Adv. Barak Keinan, Partner and Head of the Planning and Construction Department at our firm, and Adv. Or Batat.
