Aspen Group will develop 7,500 square meters of commercial space at Sammy Ofer Stadium
The Haifa District Court rejected the lawsuit filed by Mivne Real Estate against Aspen Group’s win in the tender for the construction and operation of 7,500 square meters of commercial space at the Sammy Ofer Stadium complex for a period of 25 years.
Mivne claimed a violation of the principle of equality after Aspen requested to amend its proposed usage fees due to an error.
The court ruled that Aspen acted in good faith, that the equality between bidders was not compromised, and that there was no reason to interfere with the tender committee’s decision.
Aspen Group was represented by attorneys Ohad Jarach and Matan Spector, partners in our firm’s Administrative Law, Tenders, and Regulation Department.
