Bar Ben Zaken

Bar Ben Zaken is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Bar interned in Lipa Meir & Co. firm’s Labor Law department, and then worked as an attorney specializing in Real Estate, Labor Law and Family Law departments.

During her studies, Bar took part in a clinic for at-risk youth and a summer course in Madrid.

Bar joined the firm in 2021.

The legal team of the Real Estate Financing Department offers deep knowledge and vast experience in representing and providing complete and comprehensive advise in relation to all aspects of financing deals, both on behalf of the financing entity and on behalf of the entrepreneurial developer in his engagement with the financier. The lawyers of the Department have acquired extensive experience in both the real estate aspects of project financing and the financial aspects of providing funding, and can therefore offer its clients extensive and thorough insight, while supporting precise formulations and supplying diverse solutions. In addition, the team specialises in providing advise on areas within the capital market, in connection with the issuance of bonds relating to projects’ assets in the form of dedicated trust deeds.
