Several developers who were awarded tenders published by Apartment for Rent (the company which leads the Government’s long term rentals projects) signed new project financing agreements worth hundreds of NIS Millions.
Among these , a first collaboration between Migdal and Azorim, whereby Migdal will extend a 600 Million NIS loan to REIT Azorim Living which develops and operates long-term rental compounds.
Two additional developers who signed financing agreements worth hundred of millions NIS are Africa Israel and Prashkovsky groups.
Apartment for Rent was represented by Advocate Sivan Atias, a partner in our real estate, project financing and infrastructure department and by Advocate Rotem Zidkiya.
