Shay Huberman is a partner and the head of the firm’s Real Estate Dep.
Mr. Huberman has more than two decades of experience at the forefront of real estate law in Israel. Mr. Huberman’s clientele includes Israel’s leading real estate and construction companies, some of which are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Mr. Huberman has more than two decades of experience at the forefront of real estate law in Israel.
Mr. Huberman’s clientele includes Israel’s leading real estate and construction companies, some of which are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Over the years, Mr. Huberman has advised on numerous land development projects, both commercial – including yield bearing real estate – as well as residential.
Mr. Huberman specializes in promoting large-scale real estate ventures in central, southern, and northern Israel, starting with locating the land lot, to advising during the contract signing process, designing and planning the real estate, building the project, and marketing it, and all the way through coordinating occupancy.
Mr. Huberman is highly experienced at advising on a broad spectrum of commercial real estate ventures, focusing on commercial tenders, industrial parks, logistical centers, and office buildings, as well as everything related to the construction and marketing of residential projects, from acquiring the rights to the land and initiating urban master plans, to building the project, engaging contractors, suppliers, and various service providers, and culminating in the occupancy and registration of sub parcels and condominiums.
Mr. Huberman is particularly expert in urban renewal, especially “vacate and build” ventures. Over the last decade, Mr. Huberman has accumulated extensive experience in counseling on all stages of urban renewal projects, from initial design presentation to the Planning Commission and local authorities through finalizing the panoply of contracts necessary in such ventures. Mr. Huberman also advises on all aspects of combination transactions, purchase and sale transactions, rental transactions, and construction transactions.
Mr. Huberman is also an experienced expert on project finance and taxation issues, planning and construction processes, and representing clients before municipal authorities and planning commissions.
