Advocates Shay Huberman, Dana Firon-Gross and Zohar Ben-Israel represented the Shibolet Group in a cooperation agreement with Kibbutz Mefalsim in the Gaza Envelope, in the context of which the Group acquired an area of 22 dunams from the Israel Land Authority for NIS.13 million, on which it will set up a logistics center which it intends to lease to industrial companies in an investment of about NIS 75 million.
