The “Ad 120” Senior Living Network Acquires the “Beit Gil Paz” Facility

An agreement has been signed for the sale of the “Beit Gil Paz” assisted living facility in Kfar Saba to the “Ad 120” senior living network, owned by Shapir Engineering and Phoenix, for 126 million NIS, subject to certain conditions precedent.
