What happens when an “appearance” divorce agreement becomes a reality?
The husband claimed that the couple had signed an apparent divorce agreement, under which he would transfer to his wife all the rights in the joint residence in order to protect it from creditors. The wife denied that such an agreement existed and refused to return his share of the proceeds to the husband. What did the court rule?
