The Capital Market Authority has recently published its policy regarding the information to be provided in quarterly reports in view of the Corona crisis. The Authority sets out guidelines for disclosure in the board of directors’ report and in the financial statements which are included in the company’s immediate and periodic reports. In said policy, the Authority urges the inclusion of a high-level of disclosure which will enable investors to analyze the implications of the Corona crisis for the corporation and states that it will take the unique aspects of these reports into consideration.
