Corona news flash| Capital markets update no. 2
Further to our previous update regarding the provisional easier reporting requirements introduced
by the Securities Authority (the “Authority”) due to the Corona pandemic and its effect on the economic environment, we further update that the Authority has recently issued further relaxations including a time extension for filing of the first quarter’s reports, extension of the effectiveness of shelf prospecti, and shortening response periods for tender offers for bonds.
