Client update – Competition and Antitrust
A new procedure issued by the Israel Competition Authority stipulates that starting from April, the Authority will publicly disclose merger applications and requests for exemption from restrictive arrangements submitted to the Director-General, immediately upon their submission and prior to any decision being made.
