The Tel Aviv District Court issued an order to initiate proceedings for companies from the Besadno Group
The Tel Aviv District Court issued an order to initiate proceedings for the companies “Parnasa Management B’Saad” and “Besadno Initiatives and Investments” from the Besadno Group, which is an Israeli-American group specializing in startup, high-tech, and real estate investments in Israel and the USA, with 1,500 investors, many of whom are from the ultra-Orthodox sector. The request was issued due to a debt of approximately 45 million shekels, at the company’s request.
The court’s decision was made after the Besadno Group submitted a request about a week ago for an order to initiate proceedings and the appointment of trustees to temporarily operate the companies.
The Besadno Group is represented by our partners, attorney Dr. Shlomo Nass and attorney Inbal Rachamim Avital, from the Insolvency and Corporate Rehabilitation Department.
