Corona news flash| Employee stock options
Due to Coronavirus, the Tax Authority has recently announced certain provisional reliefs regarding grants of employee stock options.
Those relate to the procedures and manner of recording option grants with a trustee.
The Authority has ruled that instead of physically depositing the grant letters, it would suffice to record with trustee a list of the grants made and their respective terms.
