The Competition Authority approved the merger of Diplomat with Dorot
The merger was examined for several months by the Competition Authority until the Commissioner finally determined that “the merger does not raise concerns of harm to competition and the public.”
Advs. Shiri Lind, Shirley Dahan and Sapir Bialistok franken from our Commercial Law Dept., represented Diplomat in the complex transaction and Advs. Mazor Matzkevich and Inbal Rosenblum-Brand of our firm’s Antitrust and Competition Department represented Diplomat before the Competition Authority until the approval was received.
