Protect Your Inherited Apartment: Why It’s Important to Include it in Your Prenuptial Agreement

According to the Financial Relations Law, in the event of a divorce, any property that has been received as a gift or inheritance and registered in equal shares between spouses will be subject to division between them. It’s important to note that even if a person has kept their property under separate ownership, they may not be protected from division if there is no prenuptial agreement in place, particularly when it comes to apartments.
