Gav Yam is selling its rights in the extensive “Rav Bariah” project in Ashkelon to Migdal. Migdal is acquiring from Gav Yam (a public company in the IDB group) its portion in the “Rav Bariah Campus” in Ashkelon. The consideration, including Migdal’s investment in the construction of Phase B of the campus, amounts to a total of over 250 million shekels.
