We congratulate Migdal Insurance on the completion of the acquisition of 50% of the rights in a plot adjacent to Tel Hashomer hospital. The land is designated for a commercial project which will include tens of thousands of square meters.
The deal follows 5 real estate development deals signed during the recent year in which our firm represented Migdal in projects estimated in billions of NIS.
The closing and signing of the deal were done, as dictated by these special Corona days, through video
conference.
Migdal Insurance was represented by advocates Gili Riesel and Shahaf Stern assisted by the intern Or Zevulun.
