The District Court dismissed a lawsuit against the Migdal Group for NIS 800 million

After a prolonged legal proceeding, which began with a request for a temporary injunction and mandatory orders filed by the luxury apartment company from the Gindi Group against several companies in the Migdal Group, represented by our firm, and continued with a financial lawsuit amounting to NIS 800 million, a judgment was rendered in which the District Court rejected Gindi’s claims and accepted Migdal’s counterclaim.
