Trustees of ‘Co-op Israel’ Sue Management for 50 Million Shekels
A lawsuit has been filed against the CEO and the company’s board members, seeking 50 million shekels. The claim alleges that their conduct led to the company’s collapse, causing significant damage to its creditors, breaching their duty of care, and making prohibited dividend distributions.
