The experience in Administrative Law derives from the team’s accrued involvement over many years with the work of many administrative agencies and familiarity with the way they operate. The head of the Department served for many years as the head of the Supreme Court’s Petitions Department, in the State Attorney’s Office. The Department is also well experienced in the legal world of tenders, from drawing up tenders, routine support of tenders’ committees, providing complex opinions and representing clients in connected administrative petitions.

The Department specializes in regulatory affairs and advises on a wide range of issues involving government agencies including supporting legislative proceedings before the Knesset committees, activities before the various regulators The Department routinely advices on complex regulatory-legal proceedings to the leading companies in the market and is also very experienced in initiating and supporting large scale economic reforms. The Department also represents and advices the Firm’s clients in planning and construction laws, including appearances before planning institutions.

In the auditing sector, the Department has vast experience in representation clients before the State Comptroller’s office on all matters. The team also accompanies clients in structuring and implementing self-auditing and compliance programs, identifying, and treating defects and integrating the changes into the company. The Department also offers representation before the Auditing Commissioner of the State Attorney’s Office and the Registrar of NGOs.
