Adv. Raz Nizri leads the field of public law, crisis management and regulation at Firon Law Firm, Nizri was a leading candidate for the position of legal advisor to the government and has previously served as the senior deputy legal advisor to the government. He is the only individual to have held three different deputy positions in various fields over 11 years: criminal law, public-constitutional law and management and special roles. Previously, Nizri served as a senior assistant to three legal advisors to the Israeli government.

In his senior public positions, Nizri accumulated extensive and unique knowledge and experience in diverse fields of law, as well as thorough familiarity with the government system and its various branches. He dealt with many key issues in multiple fields of law and regularly participated as the senior representative of the Attorney General in government meetings, the security cabinet, ministerial committees, Knesset committees, state forums and more.

This includes providing advice and accompaniment for commercial entities in regulatory supervision and enforcement procedures, including the imposition of financial sanctions for violations of regulatory provisions and procedures under the Anti-Money Laundering Law. They will also accompany entities and individuals before government and state investigative committees, represent and accompany entities before various public committees, and before the State Comptroller. They will also provide accompaniment for entities and individuals against whom the state wishes to take criminal, economic, or administrative sanctions and represent public figures in procedures concerning appointment to senior public positions, including disqualification from tenure, transfer from tenure and more.
