Ahmad Diab is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Law and M&A and International Transactions Departments.
Ahmad joined the firm as a pre-intern in 2018.
The M&A team handles mergers, acquisitions and investments in all business sectors in Israel, ranging from small transactions of several million dollars or less, to multi-billion dollar deals.
The M&A Dept. has extensive experience with cross-border transactions and with representation of foreign clients in their local activities and of Israeli clients in their cross-border operations.
