Alina brings over 22 years of experience to her clients and has intimate knowledge of the Romanian and Eastern European real estate and construction industry, enabling her to provide both legal, business and strategic advice on complex commercial transactions. Alina has advised on numerous property acquisitions, structured and negotiated terms for various transactions involving the acquisition, development and sales of residential, commercial and industrial projects. Alina’s portfolio includes a wide range of major real estate projects based on Bucharest, throughout Romania and in Serbia, Bulgaria, Ukraine and other Eastern European countries.
