He has especial expertise in providing support on complex projects and intricate transactions involving real estate and construction, both residential and commercial. His experience spans all phases of the project, from the initial project financing stage, through to the preparation of agreements between the contractors, tenants and additional parties and concluding with final registration at the Land Registry.
As manager of the firm’s Beer Sheba office, Amichai represents some of Israel’s leading real estate companies in their varied activities in the south of Israel and his local expertise and in-depth familiarity of the area are a great benefit for the firm’s clients in the region. The special experience of Beer Sheba and the southern area which he has acquired after almost two decades gives added value to his services, in legal, practical and strategic terms. Amichai also provides legal support to his clients in their projects in other parts of the country.
Amichai’s involvement in many projects enables him to be absorbed quickly into any project and gives him the capacity to respond without delay when a developer/company seeks to carry out sales in a short period of time.
