Avi represents clients in a range of commercial transactions, including cross-border transactions, joint ventures, intellectual property, M&As, corporate, etc. Avi also has vast experience in ongoing consultation and representation of business, industrial corporations, infrastructure enterprises and stakeholders and construction contractors.
Avi has served as an arbitrator and mediator in various commercial cases, including shareholder, commercial and intellectual property disputes.
Before joining Firon Law Firm, Avi was the managing partner at Avi Moreh Law Offices and led their commercial department. Avi Moreh Law Offices merged with the firm in 2022.
