For over three decades, Avia has been practicing at the forefront of these areas, with an expertise in managing intricate real estate projects throughout all their stages, starting with the land acquisition, through the financing of the project and the construction, to selling and marketing the property. Moreover, Avia has a special expertise and vast, practical experience in all aspects of financing and fund raising.
Avia represents the firm’s clients whose business activity is in the north and the center of Israel, providing them with excellent legal services. Her clientele includes some of the most active real estate enterprises in the north, as well as Israel’s largest commercial banks, municipalities in the north and many more. Her clients are provided with ongoing and timely legal advice throughout all their activities, from ongoing work to ad-hoc corporate strategic events.
