Bar joined the firm in 2021.
The legal team of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department is highly experienced, possesses strong business acumen and excels at thoroughly analyzing its clients’ needs and considerations. Consequently, the department provides thorough, efficient, creative and winning legal advice. The department provides consultation and legal representation in numerous areas of litigation while dealing with various tribunals, courts and pre-litigation proceedings, including commercial litigation, construction litigation, administrative litigation, class actions, intellectual property, insolvency, defamation, capital market, competition and antitrust litigation and more.
During her studies, Bar served as the co-coordinator of the International Criminal and Humanitarian Law Clinic. Bar also participated in the “Law Students in Community Service” project of Reichman University, which aids in the preparation of court writs and various requests in the District and Magistrates courts for people in need who are not represented by a lawyer.
