Ms. Gross advises leading companies in the market providing them with legal and commercial representation in all matters, starting from routine business operations and continuing through all of the strategic decisions that shape a company’s life. Her legal services combine mastery of all elements of the law that impact client action with an in-depth understanding of commerce and an intuitive business sense. Her expertise is commensurate with her extensive experience in advising clients on a variety of commercial activities and is coupled with her broad education in law and business.
Ms. Gross offers particular expertise in representing clients in complex and sensitive transactions that require balancing elements from various disciplines, including real estate, tax, regulation and regulatory authorities, finance, and more. This comprehensive expertise enables her to successfully represent clients from a variety of industries and sectors. Her clients include some of the best known companies in Israel in the fields of real estate, finance, healthcare, defense contractors; some of the largest brand franchises in Israel; companies in the fields of fashion, retail, import, and distribution; private businesspeople; as well as one of the largest hotel chains in Israel, which she closely advises on all of its operations both in Israel and abroad.
Thanks to her abilities, broad business outlook, and understanding of each client’s commercial needs, Ms. Gross plays an integral role in her clients’ legal and business decision-making process, from initial formulation of a transaction all the way through its closing.
Ms. Gross also provides personal wealth management and planning and intergenerational transfer services as well as sets up the legal structures that are best suited for those objectives.
Ms. Gross is in charge of the firm’s immigration practice as part of which she represents high-net worth businesspeople seeking to immigrate to Israel, from the planning stages and up through settling permanently in Israel, includingissues such as taxation and interaction with the relevant authorities and institutions, such as the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption, the National Health Institute, the Tax Authority, and more.
Ms. Gross is expert on the issues involved in opening and maintaining bank accounts in Israel and abroad, including classification for FATCA purposes.
Ms. Gross is the firm’s representative in the Interlaw network, a prominent international network of leading law firms around the world.
In addition, during 2022, Firon Law Firm launched a new international partnership with the French leading law firm UGGC. The partnership, FIRON-UGGC, providing international legal services and cross-border solutions to our clients in Israel, France, Morocco, Cameroon and the Ivory Coast. Ms. Gross is co-leading with Adv. Jacob (Koby) Sarov, the firm’s partnership operation in all the relevant branches, from Firon side.
