Danny Freiman

Danny Freiman is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department.

Danny represents some of the largest companies and business entities in Israel various legal disputes, in courts and arbitrations, in the fields of civil, commercial and administrative law, including in complex litigation procedures in the fields of securities law, corporate law, contract and tort law, tender law, etc. Moreover, Danny Provides ongoing legal advice and support to the firm’s clients, including legal opinions in a variety of fields.

In the past, Danny served as a research assistant to Prof. Michal Gal at the University of Haifa (2014) and also served as a member of the editorial board of the journal “Din Udvarim” (2013-2014).

Danny holds a bachelor’s degree in law (with honors, including dean’s list in 2015) and a bachelor’s degree in economics, both from the University of Haifa, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University.

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Danny interned in the High Courts Department of the State Attorney’s Office (2016-2017).
