Dora’s main practice area involves with contract law and includes conducting negotiations with authorities and companies in Israel and overseas, drafting agreements in many areas such as OEM, G2G agreements, procurement agreements, and project agreements in infrastructures, telecommunications and defense.
Dora represents companies in a broad range of commercial issues including deals between corporations and complying with regulatory protocols and tender laws. Over the years Dora has conducted complex negotiation procedures and drafted agreements with international companies including telecom operators in Israel and abroad.
Dora advises on a wide range of labor relations and labor law.
