Ester specializes in a variety of complex real estate transactions, including commercial and private real estate acquisition agreements, industrial and logistical real estate, profitable real estate acquisition and development, commercial and private property leasing agreements, and joint venture agreements in real estate.
Ester accompanies real estate transactions through all stages of the process, from preliminary checks, negotiation management, contract drafting, to completing the registration of rights with the relevant authorities. Ester provides legal advice and representation in contractual disputes between clients and contractors, commercial litigation, construction defects (representation of construction companies and apartment buyers), planning and construction (representation before planning committees and appeal committees), representation of entrepreneurs and residents in the framework of the TAMA 38 projects, representation in claims for dissolution of joint ventures in real estate,.
Ester Joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining the office, Ester worked at Shlomo Kroub – Law offices.
