Gafnit has diverse expertise and rich experience, which together enable her to examine any legal issue from different angles and offer her clients creative legal and business advice and solutions.
Furthermore, Gafnit has extensive experience in legal support related to contract law, commercial transactions and legal advice to Israeli and multinational companies in matters which require a specific expertise in the fields of privacy, data protection and consumer law.
With regard to privacy and data protection, Gafnit advises companies in implementing regulatory requirements, including on complex privacy issues, relevant aspects in supplier agreements, registration and maintenance of databases and crisis management support regarding cyber attacks and data breaches, including handling of the interface with the Privacy Protection Authority.
In the context of consumer law, Gafnit supports companies, including Israel’s most prominent corporations, in the implementation of regulatory requirements, including, by rendering advice on consumer law legal issues and properly structuring the engagement with the consumer, including regarding online transactions.
In addition, Gafnit has impressive experience as a litigator before all instances of Israeli courts and legal committees, including regarding planning and zoning proceedings relating to TAMA 38 projects.
Gafnit served as an Intern in the Haifa District State Attorney Department and in 2018, her firm with Adv. Lior Poliakov, merged with Firon Law Firm.
