For more than a decade, Mr. Lipshitz has been accompanying some of the
largest and most prominent real estate and industry companies in Israel in a broad spectrum of urban renewal, development, income-producing real estate, and industrial and residential real estate transactions.
Mr. Lipshitz has built his extensive experience over the years from his involvement in several dozens of projects (a significant portion of which have been projects involving millions of shekels or more), including thousands of urban development and renewal residential units (urban renewal, supplemental land, National Master Plan 38 projects of all types), many of which (such as those pertaining to demolition and construction projects) he handled throughout all stages of the project, starting with engagement with the landowners, by way of working on all of the planning phases, drafting financing agreements with the financing entities, representation vis-à-vis main contractors, and up through delivery of the units and registration of the project as a condominium. Mr. Lipshitz’s clients are the spearhead of urban development and renewal companies.
Moreover, Mr. Lipshitz has acquired rich experience in representing tenants and landowners in extensive projects, including joint real estate and urban renewal ventures. He also frequently represents companies and developers in joint ventures and complex and extensive real estate transactions, including combination transactions, sale and purchase of industrial and profit-generating properties, transactions involving the Israel Land Authority’s lands, and transactions for profit-generating properties (shopping centers, malls, etc.). In addition, Mr. Lipshitz represents contracting and industrial companies, and over the last several years, he has worked with industrial giants, including the defense industry, in large-scale agreements and
transactions, some of which are of the largest, most complex, and significant project transactions ever conducted in the Israeli market.
