Hedva has gained major experience over more than 20 years in representing clients before all legal committees and courts including the Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. She deals with disputes in all areas of law, and for many years has successfully handled complex and highly important commercial and administrative lawsuits on behalf of her clients.
Hedva has particular expertise in handling claims in the field of business law, capital markets and real estate. Her experience in business law has been reflected in her numerous appearances in the Economics Division of the District Court and in her on-going involvement in claims relating to securities, finance and banking, capital depreciation and company rehabilitation.
Hedva is also an authorized mediator and conducts mediation proceedings in the fields of commercial and financial law.
Hedva’s clients include some of Israel’s largest and best-known companies, including entrepreneurial companies and contractors, financial institutions, trading and distribution companies, etc.
Hedva’s professional expertise spans a broad range of complex disputes worth tens of millions of shekels in suits conducted in commercial-civil law.
Her extensive experience acquired during many appearances before all Israel’s courts including the Supreme Court, District Courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Hedva joined M. Firon & Co. in 2000, after completing her legal internship at the Supreme Court and at S. Horowitz and receiving her license to practice. She was made a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department in 2008
In addition to her work at M. Firon & Co., Hedva trains and lectures at several universities in Israel and was on the editorial board of the legal journal, “Studies in Law”. She also serves as a research assistant for Prof. David Hahn companies law and insolvency.
