Ms. Rosen-Glickstein represents prominent, leading local and international clientele in large, complex, international commercial deals, including mergers and acquisitions; investments and raising capital; joint ventures; and distribution, marketing, and service agreements.
Furthermore, Ms. Rosen-Glickstein provides regular legal counsel to various companies (both local and overseas) on a variety of factors relating to their operations, including, among others, financial services, consumer credit, business information for managing credit risks, information and cybersecurity, transport and logistics, tourism, energy and electricity, online gambling, water purification and desalination, sports, and more.
Her clientele includes some of the leading local commercial entities in the market as well as well-known international corporations; some of the largest real estate and infrastructures companies in Israel; leading companies in traditional industries; startup companies involved in a variety of fields; associations, and public benefit companies; as well as private venture capitalists, and investors.
Ms. Rosen-Glickstein is well-versed and enjoys an in-depth familiarity with her clients’ businesses’ unique characteristics and represents them in all of their facets, from regular consultation and all the way through complex strategic incidents, providing her services professionally and comprehensively while availing each and every client of her superior personal touch and broad, comprehensive view of all of their needs.
Her unique expertise and proven expertise in advising on complex merger and acquisition transactions and drafting a wide array of commercial law contracts as well as her cumulative experience and multidisciplinary education (having completed all three of her degrees with excellence) are expressed in her ability to analyze business and legal issues from all angles and offer creative solutions even when negotiations break down. Ms. Rosen-Glickstein is undoubtedly one of the most preeminent dealmakers in the legal market today. Her legal know-how coupled with her experience, thoroughness, and determination all make her an integral part of her clients’ management structure in every significant and/or strategic deliberation.
Our firm is the sole Israeli representative of the prestigious Multilaw legal network, and we are proud that Ms. Rosen-Glickstein serves as our firm’s representative to the network’s international conferences.
By 2000, when she began her academic studies, Ms. Rosen-Glickstein had already won three national Israeli tennis championships, had represented Israel in international tournaments all over the world, and for 11 straight years, was a member of the Israeli women’s national tennis team.
